The Sky That is Not the Same

Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li Chengdu opened up to the public from 31 October, 2014, officially kicking off its ‘Experimental Phase’ (体验期), under the theme ‘天空从此不一样’ (the sky that is not the same).

Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li Chengdu is an open-plan, low-rise and lane-driven shopping precint Jointly developed by Swire Properties and Sino-Ocean Land. The retail complex is part of the mixed-use development Daci Temple Project, which also comprises The Temple House, a boutique hotel with 100 rooms and 42 serviced apartments managed by Swire Hotels, as well as the 47-storey Grade A office tower Pinnacle One.
